Purchasing a 5-class package is a 12% saving.

One of the best things about both Barre and Mat Pilates is that they are inherently inclusive. Unlike high-impact sports or heavy weightlifting, these methods were designed to be “functional,” meaning they work with your body, not against it.

Barre is a hybrid workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It’s designed to fatigue specific muscle groups through small, isometric movements (pulses).

Mat Pilates is the foundation of the entire Pilates method. It’s a series of floor-based exercises that use your own body weight as resistance to build deep, internal strength.
